Ocean Freight That Keeps Global Trade Moving
Global FCL, LCL and containerised shipping solutions on the world's major trade lanes.
Ocean Freight
Ocean freight remains the backbone of international trade, and it rewards operators who plan carefully. NovaLogix manages full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipments across the major east–west and regional trade lanes, coordinating space, equipment and documentation so your cargo sails on the routing you were promised.
Working from Pakistan's principal gateways at Karachi Port and Port Qasim, and through our partner network overseas, we handle import, export and cross-trade movements with a single point of accountability from booking through delivery.

What Makes This Difficult
Space and equipment pressure
Peak-season rollovers, equipment shortages and blank sailings turn a confirmed booking into an uncertain one.
Rate volatility
Spot rates, surcharges and local charges move quickly, making landed cost difficult to forecast.
Fragmented communication
Shippers chase carriers, terminals and brokers separately, and information arrives too late to act on.
NovaLogix consolidates the entire ocean leg into one managed service. We source space across multiple carriers rather than a single relationship, confirm equipment before booking, pre-check documentation against the letter of credit and commercial invoice, and report milestones proactively — so exceptions reach you while there is still time to respond.

Booking & documentation
Shipping instructions are issued, draft B/L is circulated for approval, and export documentation is prepared.
Loading & departure
Stuffing, terminal handover, customs formalities and vessel loading are supervised and confirmed.
Transit visibility
Milestone updates continue through transhipment and arrival, with exception alerts if schedules move.
Arrival & delivery
Import clearance, release, delivery order and final transport are coordinated at destination.

Why Choose NovaLogix for Ocean Freight
- Multi-carrier sourcing rather than dependence on one shipping line
- Cost transparency across freight, local charges and surcharges
- Documentation checked before submission, not after rejection
- One named coordinator responsible for the whole shipment
Questions About Ocean Freight
FCL means your cargo occupies a full container that is sealed at origin and opened at destination. LCL means your cargo shares a container with other shippers and is consolidated and deconsolidated at a container freight station. FCL is usually more economical above roughly 12–15 cubic metres; below that, LCL often wins on cost.
We handle ocean cargo through Karachi Port and Port Qasim, and coordinate inland movement to and from commercial centres across the country.
Yes. Cross-trade shipments between two overseas countries are arranged through our partner network, with NovaLogix managing the booking, documentation and communication centrally.
For standard lanes we recommend 7–10 days before cargo-ready date. During peak periods, or for special equipment and reefer cargo, two to three weeks gives a far better chance of securing the routing you want.
We can arrange cover through insurance partners on request. Coverage terms and premiums depend on commodity, value and routing.
